Our team of receptionists manage all your inbound phone calls, they put calls through to your office, or to a specific department in your office or to an individual in the UK or abroad. Our receptionists are able to take messages and send these by email or SMS. We can also work to specific scripts allowing the receptionists to field and qualify the calls before transferring them through to you.


Media Response / Brochure request

Maximise the impact of your advertising or corporate brochures by including an information phone line managed by the Kollektive Call Centre. Our team answer the phone with your company name and are trained to offer specific information about any of your products and services, or takes details for you to send out a brochure.


Personal Assistant / SECRETARY

Our team also act as your PA - manage all your phone calls, check/handle your emails, make your diary appointments, and type all your letters and faxes. This is a cost-effective way of managing your working and/or personal life. Your own virtual office, available 24/7.


Overflow / Out of hours

Pricing

Our standard pricing model for all Basic Call Centre and Receptionist services comes in two flavours:

  • Pay-per-minute: No monthly subscription, free 0845 number (or optional 0207/0208 number), we bill you 59ppm (pence per minute) for all incoming calls (caller pays usual ppm for STD code), Call Transfer 20ppm/40ppm (landline/mobile).
  • Pay-per-call: Monthly subscription of £29, free 0845 (or optional 0207/0208 number), we bill you 69ppc (pence per call) for all incoming calls (caller pays usual ppm for STD code), Call Transfer 20ppm/40ppm (landline/mobile).

Order scripts and other non-standard services - please call for prices.
