Telco Product and Services
All products offered are available at time of publishing (Jan 2004) and may change without warning. E&OE
Many products listed on the 'Telco' site are backed by a major Third Party, who provide all the support and advice once product is set-up. These include, but are not limited to - 08xx/0207 Inbound Call Services, 08xx Fax2Email, 07092/08xx Personal Number (Voice2Email and Fax2Email), Cheaper International Calls (via 08xx and premium-rate numbers)
Upon request of a paid-for product/service you will be informed of the Third Party offering the product/service and the level of support you will receive.
07092 numbers are charged to callers at BT's 'K' rate on BT landlines, and may vary between operators (eg. Orange, O2, Telewest...)
Products listed as 'Free' do not come with a Service Level Agreement (SLA), however an SLA for most paid-for products/services is available upon request depending on their complexity.
Products listed as 'Free' do not come with Warranty and Kollektive Ltd is not liable for their use, or lack there-of.
Kollektive reserves the right to change the cost or 'Free' status of any product or service even if it is listed on this site.

Cheaper International Calls
Callers must ensure they have bill payer's permission before using the service. All calls are billed by your telephone line provider at their relevant 0870, 0871, 0844, 0845, and relevant 0905 rates. To find out the cost of calling from a service provider other than BT, contact your service provider directly; remember your service provider may have a minimum call or connection charge for all calls. Calling subject to availability.
Calls are charged from time of connection to the service, so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered. When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number.
Calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated.
Use of the service will be deemed to be an agreement to allow relevant marketing of telecom services to your telephone number. The service provider may call you to market their other products/services, if you do not wish further calls please inform the caller.
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate fraudulent calls. The service is subject to availability.
